I’m excited to officially partner with Brunswick Art Gallery to bring our Body Impression Art Workshop to London!
This workshop is creative, relaxed, and hands-on, designed to bring women together to share, explore, and experiment with the body impression method I use in my art practice. Each session is carefully curated to support self-confidence, self-expression, and a deeper connection with your body, with benefits that last well beyond the workshop itself.
You’ll leave with up to three unique artworks and a deeper sense of calm in your body and mind. This body-led creativity workshop is an invitation to reconnect with yourself through art — a celebration of your one-of-a-kind form.
Come as you are — nude, in yoga wear, underwear, or clothed. We work entirely to your comfort level. This is a liberating, soulful experience that honours your body through creative expression.

About the Workshop Method
We’ll be using a simple oiling method, which involves applying a natural oil (olive or vegetable) to body parts, pressing onto paper, and dusting with pigment to reveal the impression. This avoids the need for paint on the skin, making it less messy and allergy-friendly.
Please note: There is no pressure to be fully naked. You can participate in underwear, yoga wear, or fully clothed. The workshop is about creativity, comfort, and celebrating your body in a supportive, judgement-free space.
About Me
“I create safe, transformative spaces for women to reconnect with their bodies through art, storytelling, and self-expression. Through my workshops and one-on-one sessions, I guide women in shifting self-doubt into self-acceptance — using creativity as a tool for healing. My mission is to normalize real bodies, celebrate individuality, and empower women to see themselves as works of art. This isn’t about ‘fixing’ — it’s about freeing. Every woman deserves to feel at home in her own skin.”
"Beth was incredible - supportive, non-judgemental, and genuinely invested in making everyone feel comfortable and empowered." – Sara
